ABOUT THE MARKET
HISTORY
The Park Rapids Farmers' Market has been a staple in the community for many years. It was originally held at Pioneer Park in downtown Park Rapids until 2015, when the market relocated to the parking lot of Ace Hardware. On Saturdays and some Wednesdays, 15-25 vendors would gather to sell produce and crafts. However, by 2020, the market had outgrown that space and began searching for a new location. Thanks to the generosity of Marc Thielen from Thielen Motors, the market now takes place on their property along Highway 34 and has expanded to around 50 vendors.
